Terms of Service

By creating a workspace or using Soloprojekt (the “Service”) at soloprojekt.id, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

Soloprojekt provides an AI assistant that answers your customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok using the knowledge you provide, plus tools for contacts, analytics, and billing. Features evolve; we may add, change, or remove functionality.

You are responsible for your account, your team’s access, and keeping credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Do not use the Service to send spam or unlawful content, to harass, to infringe others’ rights, to violate the terms of WhatsApp, Meta, TikTok, or Google, or to attempt to breach our security. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to message your customers.

You own the knowledge, contacts, and conversations in your workspace. You grant us a limited license to host and process this content solely to operate the Service for you. We act as your processor for your customers’ personal data.

The assistant generates replies automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for the messages your workspace sends. We recommend keeping a human in the loop for sensitive or high-stakes conversations. The Service is provided to assist, not to replace, your judgment.

Usage is drawn from a prepaid wallet, topped up through our payment provider (Xendit). Prices and usage rates are shown in-app and may change with notice. Except where required by law, top-ups are non-refundable. You are responsible for keeping a sufficient balance for the Service to function.

Connecting WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, or Google means you also agree to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions, including suspension of your accounts with them.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination you may request an export of your data for a reasonable period.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Indonesia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
